This dress is Felicia a classic A-line in style light weight enough for overseas and if you stitch the split in the skirt shut you could put an underskirt underneath it, it is of course made to be worn without. This is a light weight silk satin; it’s got this really nice Bardot neckline here. Underneath this shoulder you have got a solid strap, you would be able to add a sleeve to that if you preferred. This is a lace up back, not quite fitting the mannequin so I have just cheated and pinned it there. It does have buttons coming all the way down and you could convert this to a zip and button back very easily. This train ofcourse can be shortened you could go floor length or tea length. The beauty of this dress is the simplicity, ofcourse you can always add extra bling by some belt detailing’s or even a brooch if you wanted too. It doesn’t have pockets and I wouldn’t put them in because they would hit in a funny place there with those pleats. All in all a really nice elegant classic looking dress.
